#Sharepod product key drivers#
Our software requires drivers and other files that are installed with iTunes and QuickTime. You may not modify the software, installer, bundle the installer in any other package or promote other software on the same page without express written permission from Macroplant. You should not charge, request donations or membership to access the software.
You may give unaltered, exact copies of the original installer to anyone, and distribute the trial and free editions of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means as long as the following conditions are met. You may copy publicly available download versions of the software and documentation as you wish for personal use. No employee, agent, dealer or distributor of ours is authorized to modify this limited warranty, nor to make any additional warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, regardless of whether we know or had reason to know of your particular needs.
